Privacy Policy
Novarch (“Novarch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website at novarch.ai. This policy explains what limited information we collect when you visit, why, and what your choices are. We do not run advertising, we do not sell data, and the marketing site itself does not have login or account features.
1. Information we collect
The marketing site collects only what your browser sends to our hosting provider in the normal course of serving a page:
- IP address (used by the hosting provider to deliver content and protect against abuse)
- User agent (browser, device, OS) and referrer URL
- The page or asset requested and the timestamp of the request
We do not require an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or other identifiers from your browser unless you voluntarily share them with us through a third-party tool listed below.
2. How we use that information
We use request data to operate, secure, and improve the site — for example, diagnosing errors, identifying broken pages, and protecting against abuse. We do not build advertising profiles or cross-site tracking from this data.
3. Cookies
The marketing site does not set cookies for advertising or analytics identification. The hosting provider may set short-lived security cookies (for example, anti-bot challenges) on the request path; you can clear or block these in your browser without losing access to the site’s public content.
4. Third-party services
Some links on this site take you to third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies. When you click through, the third party may collect information from your browser independently of us:
- Calendly — if you use the “Talk to founders” button to book a call, Calendly collects the information you provide on its scheduling form (such as your name, email, and any notes). See Calendly’s privacy policy.
- LinkedIn — the team page links to LinkedIn profiles. LinkedIn collects information when you visit those pages under its own policy.
We receive only the booking confirmation and any notes you choose to send through Calendly so we can prepare for the meeting.
5. Data retention
Server-access logs are retained for the period needed for security and reliability operations and are then deleted or aggregated. Booking information from Calendly is retained for as long as we need it to follow up on the meeting and any subsequent conversation, after which it is deleted on request.
6. Your choices
You can request that we delete any information you have shared with us directly (for example, a booking record or an email exchange) by writing to the contact address below. Requests under applicable privacy laws (including the GDPR and CCPA) will be handled in accordance with those laws.
7. Children
The site is intended for adult business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
9. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at hello@novarch.ai.
