Terms
Terms of Use
These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Novarch marketing website at novarch.ai (the “Site”). They do not govern the Novarch software product itself; that product is licensed separately under the terms in its repository. By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may view, link to, and quote from the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any law or third-party right
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or other visitors
- Scrape or extract content at a scale that interferes with normal service, or in violation of robots.txt or other access controls
- Misrepresent the source or authorship of content from the Site
2. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, layout, design, photographs, code, and the Novarch name and marks, is owned by Novarch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source page; broader reuse requires written permission.
Third-party trademarks (for example, Microsoft, Power BI, Carnegie Mellon University, Anthropic) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.
3. Forward-looking statements
The Site describes a product under active development. Statements about features, timelines, integrations, design partners, and roadmap reflect current intent and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes a contract, warranty, or enforceable commitment to deliver any specific feature on any specific date.
4. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services (for example, Calendly for scheduling and LinkedIn for profile pages). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
5. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novarch disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novarch and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
[These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Replace with the actual jurisdiction before public launch.]
9. Contact
